Fill & Sign is a privacy-first electronic signature and form-filling suite: type into forms, tick boxes, draw or type your signature, and batch-sign stacks of documents in a single click. Everything runs entirely in your browser memory without uploading any file to remote servers.
A signature can be drawn with a mouse or touch stylus, typed in realistic handwriting styles, or uploaded as an image with automated background transparency. In addition to single contracts, Batch Mode lets you place a signature once and stamp dozens or hundreds of target PDFs simultaneously with automated page-targeting rules.
How it works
- 1Import document or batch stack. Drop a single PDF or multiple documents. Existing AcroForm fields are detected and ready to be completed directly.
- 2Sign and fill fields. Draw, type or upload your signature, click anywhere to type, and check boxes with precision alignment.
- 3Export or Batch Apply. Download your signed PDF immediately, or launch Batch Mode to apply the signature across dozens of files and download a consolidated ZIP package.
When you need it
- Returning a signed agreement or sales contract without printing and rescanning
- Batch signing a stack of employment agreements, NDAs, or purchase orders in seconds
- Completing official application forms and government PDFs with interactive fields
- Adding initials to each page of a multi-page contract simultaneously
- Dating and countersigning vendor documents privately without third-party cloud exposure
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a legally binding electronic signature?
- Yes. It produces a compliant electronic signature conforming to the US ESIGN Act, UETA, and EU eIDAS regulations for standard business agreements, contracts, and internal corporate approvals.
- How does Batch PDF Signing work?
- Once you place your signature on a reference document, click Batch Sign to drop additional target PDFs. Choose whether to stamp the first page, last page, all pages, or identical page positions, and download all signed files in a single ZIP bundle.
- Can I reuse a signature?
- Yes, within your current browser session. Since nothing is transmitted or stored on a server, your signature remains strictly confidential.
- Will the recipient be able to change what I filled in?
- Signatures are embedded directly as page graphics. You can also run our Flatten PDF tool afterwards to lock all form fields and annotations into permanent vector content.
- Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
- No. Every tool in PDF41 runs inside your browser tab using WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your file is read from disk into memory, processed locally, and handed back as a download. It is never transmitted to a server, so there is nothing to intercept, retain, or delete afterwards.
- Does this work without an internet connection?
- Yes, once the page has loaded. The PDF engine, fonts and character maps are all served from this site rather than a third-party CDN, so an unstable connection or a locked-down corporate network does not stop the tool from working.
